Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with Habib Organics, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

1. Returns & Refunds for General Products

We want you to be delighted with your order. If you need to return an item, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to inform us of your intention to return.

  • Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Return Process:
    1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [support@habiborganics.com] within the 14-day period to request a return and receive a Returns Authorization Number.
    2. Once approved, you will be responsible for returning the item to us at your own cost, using a trackable shipping service to our designated returns address. We highly recommend using a trackable service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
    3. Please include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation and the Returns Authorization Number inside the package.
    4. Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refunds:
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10-14 business days.
    • Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • You will be responsible for paying the costs of returning the item to us.

2. Special Policy for Perishable & Opened Organic Products

Due to the intimate, perishable, and potent nature of our organic wellness products—including but not limited to Himalayan Shilajit Resin, Shilajit Drops, Shilajit Honey, and Herbal Honey Sticks—we have a strict policy to ensure the health, safety, and integrity of our products for all customers.

  • Opened or Used Products: We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for any organic product that has been opened, used, tampered with, or where the seal is broken. This is a non-negotiable policy to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and product integrity.
  • Damaged or Faulty Goods: If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or has a broken seal upon arrival, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photographs or a video of the damaged product and its packaging. We will investigate and, if the fault is verified, we will offer a full replacement or refund at our discretion.
  • Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product received. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you at no extra cost, and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Returns & Refunds

For customers in Pakistan who used the Cash on Delivery payment method:

  • The return and refund eligibility criteria in Sections 1 and 2 fully apply.
  • If your return is approved and you paid via COD, the refund will be processed via a bank transfer to your designated Pakistani bank account. You must provide us with your complete bank details (Account Title, Bank Name, Account Number) to facilitate the refund.
  • Refunds to bank accounts typically take 5-10 business days to process and reflect in your account after we initiate the transfer.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged upon delivery, or if we have sent the wrong item. If you need to exchange an eligible item for the same one, please contact us at [support@habiborganics.com].

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • The customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning an item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we sent the wrong or a damaged item).
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

7. Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
